Our clientele spans world-renowned semiconductor manufacturers and their supply chain partners. Our service portfolio encompasses turnkey facility system engineering, process equipment, and energy system equipment. Our professional team is dedicated to constructing top-tier gas, chemical, HVAC, and electromechanical systems, delivering high-performance engineering services including gas piping welding and testing, support engineering, equipment electrical engineering, and electronic control systems. Furthermore, we provide a wide range of process components, such as PFA valves and fittings, to support our clients' specific technical requirements.

In response to the AI technology revolution, AUT concurrently offers integrated solutions for semiconductor equipment and energy systems. For High Bandwidth Memory (HBM), advanced packaging, and wafer processing, we provide the introduction of reflow ovens, wet process equipment, and temperature control systems (Chillers), along with turnkey system design and implementation for equipment peripherals. Regarding the energy sector, we are actively developing energy storage systems, small-scale hydropower, natural gas, and nuclear power solutions(Small Modular Reactor, SMRs) to assist enterprises in achieving their ESG sustainability goals.
